Why Flourish
A space to slow down and be understood
Midlife can feel like a lot at once: sleep, mood, energy, your body changing. Too often that care is split across waiting rooms and rushed appointments. At Flourish, a coordinated team takes the time to look at the whole picture, so things finally make sense and you can start feeling like yourself again.
Why it matters
Midlife care is overdue
Menopause affects half the population, yet many women go through it without clear answers or support.
95%
of Canadian women aged 40 to 60 going through menopause report symptoms
46%
say they felt unprepared for this stage of life
4 in 10
say they felt alone during their menopause experience
10M+
women over 40 in Canada, more than a quarter of the population

How care works
Two ways to start
Choose the path that suits you. Both lead to the same caring team.
Option one
Coordinated care
Start with a comprehensive assessment and leave with one care plan shared across your Flourish team. Our Registered Nurse coordinates your care and checks in along the way.
Option two
Book a single service
Already know what you need? Book directly with a physiotherapist, psychologist, dietitian, massage therapist or our physician. You can add more support at any time.
Seeing our physician is always covered. Physician visits are publicly funded through the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan for eligible patients. You never need to pay for an assessment or any other service to see our physician.
Flourish exists to help women experience midlife as a season of flourishing rather than decline, by closing the gap in care that too often leaves them dismissed or overlooked.

Clinicians who listen
Flourish was founded by sisters Brianna and Carly Bruce, a physiotherapist and a Registered Psychologist, who saw how often women in midlife were left to piece their care together alone.
