Physiotherapy

Aches, stiffness and new injuries are common in midlife, and they are not something you just have to live with. Our physiotherapists take the time to find the cause and build a plan that keeps you moving.

Physiotherapist assessing a woman's back during a treatment session

About this service

Unhurried, one-to-one physiotherapy

Falling estrogen affects muscles, tendons, joints and bones. Many women notice new hip, shoulder or knee pain, slower recovery, or a loss of strength they did not expect. Physiotherapy looks at how you move as a whole, not just the sore spot.

Every appointment is one-to-one with your physiotherapist. Treatment combines hands-on care, education and an exercise plan built around your goals, whether that is hiking, lifting your grandkids or getting through a workday without pain.

We can help with

  • Hip, knee and shoulder pain
  • Neck and back pain
  • Frozen shoulder
  • Tendon pain, including gluteal tendinopathy
  • Joint stiffness and arthritis
  • Bone health and osteoporosis exercise
  • Strength and balance
  • Returning to sport and activity
