About this service

Strength for this season of life

Muscle and bone mass drop faster after menopause. Regular strength and balance training helps protect your bones, supports a healthy metabolism and keeps everyday tasks easy.

Our fitness team works closely with our physiotherapists, so if you have pain, a past injury or pelvic floor concerns, your program takes that into account. Sessions are coached, practical and never intimidating.

We can help with

  • Starting strength training safely
  • Bone health and osteoporosis prevention
  • Building and keeping muscle
  • Balance and fall prevention
  • Energy and fitness
  • Moving from physiotherapy back into exercise
