What to Expect
Everything you need to know before your first visit, from how to start your care to coverage and what to bring.

How care works
Two ways to start
Choose the path that suits you. Both lead to the same caring team.
Option one
Coordinated care
Start with a comprehensive assessment and leave with one care plan shared across your Flourish team. Our Registered Nurse coordinates your care and checks in along the way.
Option two
Book a single service
Already know what you need? Book directly with a physiotherapist, psychologist, dietitian, massage therapist or our physician. You can add more support at any time.
Seeing our physician is always covered. Physician visits are publicly funded through the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan for eligible patients. You never need to pay for an assessment or any other service to see our physician.
