About this service

Nutrition for this stage of life

Lower estrogen affects where your body stores fat, how it handles blood sugar and cholesterol, and how quickly you lose bone and muscle. What worked for you at 30 may not work the same way now, and that can be frustrating.

Your dietitian looks at your health history, routine and preferences, and works with you on realistic changes. The focus is on protein, fibre, bone and heart health, and a relationship with food that feels good.

We can help with

  • Weight and body composition changes
  • Low energy and blood sugar swings
  • Bone health and calcium needs
  • Cholesterol and heart health
  • Bloating, IBS and gut health
  • Protein and muscle maintenance
  • Emotional and stress eating
  • Meal planning for busy weeks
