About this service

Therapeutic massage, centred on you

Stress, poor sleep and hormonal change can show up as tight shoulders, headaches and achy muscles. Registered massage therapy works on muscles and soft tissue to reduce pain and tension and improve how you move.

Your therapist will ask about your health and goals before each treatment and adjust pressure and technique to what feels right. Massage can be booked on its own or as part of a wider care plan with physiotherapy.

We can help with

  • Neck, shoulder and back tension
  • Tension headaches
  • Muscle aches and stiffness
  • Stress and trouble relaxing
  • Sleep support
  • Recovery alongside physiotherapy
